Mr. Ellefsen earned a J.D. degree from Mayor de San Simon University in Cochabamba, Bolivia in 2002 where he graduated with honors. Mr. Ellefsen has practiced in Latin America in areas that include banking litigation, mergers, corporate reorganization as well as commercial litigation, tax disputes, and real estate transaction matters.


Some of Mr. Ellefsen’s major cases include an action of bank fraud against Citibank N.A. and the lawsuits of 47 passengers that survived the LAB crash in Trinidad, Bolivia.  Mr. Ellefsen speaks English, Spanish and French.
